SYLP at the University of Delaware

We look forward to welcoming you and your students to Clayton Hall at the University of Delaware for another incredible SYLP session!
Keynote Speaker & Student Panel
We are excited to bring a local entrepreneur to the stage as our keynote speaker. And as we have done in years past, we will welcome several students to the stage to participate in an interactive panel.
Breakout Sessions
We're excited to offer breakout sessions for students to attend. These 40-minute sessions will focus on the core principles of SYLP: entrepreneurship, economics, and individual leadership.
These smaller group sessions will be led by college professors, local business leaders, and University faculty. Students will attend two breakouts during the course of the day.
Breakout Sessions
Building strong relationships is one thing—keeping them alive is another. In this session, Nick and Lauren will explore what it takes to maintain meaningful connections through life’s ups and downs. From navigating conflict to deepening trust, they’ll share personal experiences and practical strategies for sustaining friendships, mentorships, and community ties. Students will gain insights on how to invest in relationships that matter and leave with actionable steps to strengthen their own connections.
Led by Lauren Campbell, Chief of Staff, and Nick Enos, Leadership Advisor and Associate Director, of The Siegfried Group

Testimonial
“Thank you for the leadership conference. After last year’s, I’ve been excited for the next one. I’ve had my struggles, like everyone has, and sometimes I find myself feeling a little lost and feeling like I’m just faking who I am out of comfort. This year, I felt like I really connected to what the speaker said. It helped me reevaluate some of my thoughts and feelings, and how to keep pushing forward. Thank you for creating a safe environment for us to share and expand.”
